Val do Traba

We are a family business that, combining different knowledge, decided to bet on this project consisting of the recovery of varieties of native Galician apples (Raxaó, Principe, Rabiosa, Vereña ...), having several own plantations that run on the banks of the Traba river which flows in the Ría de Noia and Muros.

After starting the plantations, we decided to recover old traditions of our Villa de Noia (A Coruña), such as the production of Natural Cider using old production techniques that little by little we were adapting to the new current times, simplifying tasks but without losing the essence main of tradition.

Given the great reception of Natural Cider in the Barbanza region, we decided to continue innovating in this sector, bringing Apple Juice (Apple Must) to the market.

Our entrepreneurial spirit and the demand of our customers leads us to create new drinks such as Cider With Gas with alcohol and without alcohol, Cider Beer, Cider Vermouth, Ice Cider, Perada ...
This caused our plantations to be insufficient, even buying apples from various producers in the area and the Galician community.

Another line that characterizes us and always based on the apple is the production of Sweets of the same consistency as the traditional quince. We started by making the traditional Quince, Apple Dulce until incorporating various flavors such as Orange, Plum, Kiwi, Strawberry, Grelos, Coffee Liqueur, Seaweed, Nettles ...
